17 | 17 | | at the passing of Terrance Lamont Cooper on February 16, 2025; and3 |

18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Terrance Lamont Cooper was born on June 3, 1971, in Queens, New York, and4 |

19 | 19 | | later relocated to Georgia in 1985; and5 |

20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, he was educated in the Bibb County School System, attending Florence Bernd6 |

21 | 21 | | Elementary School and Appling B Middle School before graduating from Northeast High7 |

22 | 22 | | School in 1989; and8 |

23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, he pursued higher education at Valdosta State College before beginning his9 |

25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, he answered the call to service by enlisting in the United States Army National11 |

26 | 26 | | Guard, where he served honorably as a Material Storage and Handling Specialist with the12 |

35 | 35 | | work and dedication, he became a full-time employee in July 2024 as a Helpdesk Lead; and18 |

36 | 36 | | WHEREAS, Terrance Lamont Cooper was a devoted son, friend, and colleague whose19 |

37 | 37 | | kindness, dedication, and service will long be remembered by those who knew and loved20 |
