| 12 | 12 | | Henry J. and Bernardine Osbourne Brown; and3 |

| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, he graduated from Savannah High School and dedicated over 20 years to the4 |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | City of Tybee, serving on the Planning Commission and City Council as well as Mayor Pro5 |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Tempore; and6 |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, as a longtime resident of Tybee Island, Barry A. Brown was a committed7 |

| 17 | 17 | | member of the Marine Rescue Squadron for over 25 years; and8 |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Barry A. Brown belonged to the American Legion Post 154, and professionally,9 |

| 19 | 19 | | he was the proud owner and operator of Barry A. Brown Co. Inc.; and 10 |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, his family was the most important thing in his life; his greatest treasures were11 |
