A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending the Student Council of Summerour Middle School; and for

other purposes.2
WHEREAS, the Student Council of Summerour Middle School is dedicated to fostering a3
positive and inclusive environment where every student feels heard, valued, and empowered;4
and5
WHEREAS, the Student Council's mission is to promote school spirit, encourage6
collaboration, and represent the interests and ideas of its peers; and7
WHEREAS, the exemplary sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students in the Student Council8
strive to create meaningful opportunities for students to engage in school activities, develop9
leadership skills, and make a lasting impact in their community; and10
WHEREAS, outstanding educators Anna Lillard, Roxie Smith, and Allie Tangco serve as11
the Student Council's dedicated advisors; and12
WHEREAS, this remarkable student organization is comprised of members Alessandra13
Chacon, Allyson Salas, Angelica Avila, Anisa Ahmed, Carson Ta, Christina Williams,14

WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and popper that the dedication and hard-work of the19
students in the Student Council of Summerour Middle School is appropriately honored.20
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that21
the members of this body recognize and commend the Student Council of Summerour22
Middle School and extend sincere best wishes for its continued success.23
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized24
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the25
Student Council of Summerour Middle School.26
