| 19 | 19 | | vital role that she has played in leadership and her deep personal commitment to the welfare3 |

| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Johanna was born in Cali, Colombia, and migrated to the United States in June5 |

| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, as the first member of her family to attend college, Johanna proudly graduated7 |

| 24 | 24 | | Magna Cum Laude from the New York College in 2001, with a Bachelor of Arts in8 |

| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, she has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of her time,10 |

| 35 | 35 | | Queens County, in Jamaica, New York, where she advocated for healthy lifestyles within the16 |

| 37 | 37 | | WHEREAS, after relocating the Gwinnett County in 2015, she began working with CETPA,18 |

| 38 | 38 | | a mental health clinic for adults and adolescents in the Latinx community; and 19 |

| 39 | 39 | | WHEREAS, while working at CETPA, Johanna took part in numerous community panels,20 |

| 40 | 40 | | such as the Gwinnett Juvenile Court and the Dekalb Juvenile Court, the first Hispanic panel21 |

| 42 | 42 | | WHEREAS, currently, she proudly serves as an Outreach Coordinator for Lifting Latinx23 |

| 43 | 43 | | Voices Initiative, the only Latinx-led program in Georgia that focuses on addressing24 |

| 44 | 44 | | comprehensive reproductive and sexual health issues faced by Latinx families; and25 |

| 45 | 45 | | WHEREAS, Johanna's significant organizational and leadership talents, remarkable patience26 |

| 46 | 46 | | and diplomacy, keen sense of vision, and sensitivity to the needs of the citizens of this state27 |
