| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Steve Mensch was raised in Goshen, New York, where he demonstrated early4 |

| 21 | 21 | | determination and skill as a member of the Boy Scouts as well as claimed victory in the5 |

| 22 | 22 | | Pinewood Derby, a celebrated Cub Scouts racing event; and6 |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, he cultivated a lifelong passion for tennis and hockey from a young age,7 |

| 24 | 24 | | continuing to play and excel at both sports well into adulthood, and he had a deep love for8 |

| 25 | 25 | | scuba diving and the ocean; and9 |

| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, he further pursued his love of aviation, earning his pilot's license on September10 |
