1616 Recognizing and commending Richard L. Jackson, recipient of the 2025 Leaders in

1818 Corporate Citizenship Ann Cramer Lifetime Achievement Award; and for other purposes.2
1919 WHEREAS, Richard L. Jackson currently serves as the founder, chairman, and CEO of3
2020 Jackson Healthcare, one of the largest healthcare staffing companies in the United States,4
2121 where he has been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing more than 30 healthcare5
2222 companies; and6
2323 WHEREAS, he was selected recently by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as the recipient of7
2424 the 2025 Leaders in Corporate Citizenship Ann Cramer Lifetime Achievement Award in8
2525 honor of the positive impact he has made on people and communities throughout his career;9
2626 and10
2727 WHEREAS, the Ann Cramer Lifetime Achievement Award, the program's highest honor,11
2828 celebrates outstanding corporate citizens who have achieved a lifetime of service to the12
2929 community; and13
3030 WHEREAS, in addition to Jackson Healthcare, he further serves as founder of Fostering14
3131 Success Act Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to providing vital resources for young people aging15

3434 out of Georgia's foster care system, and as co-founder and chair of FaithBridge Foster Care,

3636 Georgia's largest private child-placing agency; and17
3737 WHEREAS, in 2024, Fostering Success Act Inc. delivered $4 million in financial support18
3838 to former foster youth pursuing post-secondary education, and since its inception in 2009,19
3939 FaithBridge has positively impacted nearly 2,000 children and facilitated more than 1,00020
4040 family reunifications and over 350 adoptions; and21
4141 WHEREAS, Richard L. Jackson's significant organizational and leadership talents,22
4242 remarkable patience and diplomacy, keen sense of vision, and sensitivity to the needs of the23
4343 citizens of this state have earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and24
4444 associates; and25
4545 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this26
4646 remarkable and distinguished individual be appropriately honored during this special time.27
4747 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that28
4848 the members of this body recognize and commend Richard L. Jackson, recipient of the 202529
4949 Leaders in Corporate Citizenship Ann Cramer Lifetime Achievement Award, and extend the30
5050 most sincere best wishes for continued health and happiness.31
5151 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized32
5252 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to33
