| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, during her tenure in the House of Representatives, Mesha Mainor authored5 |

| 22 | 22 | | bipartisan legislation establishing the Fulton Technology and Energy Authority, the nation's6 |

| 23 | 23 | | first public agency focused on the fourth industrial revolution workforce; and7 |

| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, she further served as vice chairwoman of the Governmental Affairs8 |
