20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Catherine Ann Smith was born on May 29, 1957, in Columbus, Ohio, a4 |

21 | 21 | | beloved daughter of Dr. Warren L. Smith and Ann Schwartz Smith; and5 |

22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, she learned the art of political organizing from her mother, who turned their6 |

24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Catherine Ann Smith shared her knowledge with thousands of budding8 |
