| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Franklin Bailey is a 34-year member of both the Home Builders Association2 |

| 14 | 14 | | of South Georgia (HBASG) and the Home Builders Association of Georgia (HBAG), where3 |

| 15 | 15 | | he currently serves as the 2024-2025 president; and4 |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, under his leadership as president, the HBAG has continued to create, promote,5 |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | and protect a thriving environment for affordable housing while encouraging integrity and6 |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | community engagement among its members; and7 |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, with 43 years of experience in the construction industry, he further serves as the8 |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | owner and founder of Franklin Bailey Construction LLC; and9 |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Franklin Bailey has earned many accolades within the home building10 |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | community, including the 2018 HBASG Lifetime Hall of Famer Award and the 201011 |

| 23 | 23 | | HBASG Presidential Choice Award, and he is the only builder in the organization's history12 |

| 24 | 24 | | to be honored four times as the HBASG Builder Member of the Year; and13 |

| 31 | 31 | | WHEREAS, outside of his professional accomplishments, Franklin Bailey is a devoted17 |

| 32 | 32 | | husband to his wife, Sabrina; a loving father to his two sons, Jarod and Travis; and a proud18 |

| 34 | 34 | | WHEREAS, this distinguished gentleman has given inspiration to many through his high20 |

| 35 | 35 | | ideals, morals, and deep concern for his fellow citizens, and he possesses the vast wisdom21 |
