| 21 | 21 | | the prosperity and growth of Norcross' Historic District by amplifying the collective voice5 |

| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, the HNBA represents the common business interests of the Historic District,7 |

| 24 | 24 | | which is composed of local, family-owned businesses that preserve and build upon the city's8 |

| 25 | 25 | | rich history, ensuring the district's cultural and economic vitality; and9 |

| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, the HNBA actively engages with the Norcross City Council, the Downtown10 |

| 27 | 27 | | Development Authority, and city officials to promote collaboration and strategic11 |
