| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, a proper quality education for the young people of this state is the single most3 |

| 15 | 15 | | important objective of the General Assembly; and4 |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Christian Bridges has shown by academic accomplishment that the pursuit and5 |

| 17 | 17 | | attainment of scholastic success are within the reach of the students in this state; and6 |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, this remarkable senior has earned distinction through his notable achievements7 |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | as a student at Heritage High School where he is a member of the orchestra, the marching8 |

| 20 | 20 | | band, and the beta club, as well as has served as a Rockdale County Pubic Schools liaison9 |

| 21 | 21 | | and host of the Teen Leadership Summit; and10 |

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, he has been selected as valedictorian by earning exemplary grades in the most11 |

| 23 | 23 | | challenging academic courses while maintaining a substantial extracurricular schedule12 |
