| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, each morning during the session, Mr. Phil Lunney commutes from Roswell,5 |

| 22 | 22 | | Georgia, to stand at the public entrance of the Georgia State Capitol with a smile and warm6 |

| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, after a group of volunteer greeters stopped showing up after the COVID-198 |
