| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Monique LaSean Jackson has long been recognized by the citizens of this state2 |

| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, she has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of her time,5 |

| 22 | 22 | | talents, and energy toward the betterment of her community and state as evidenced6 |

| 23 | 23 | | dramatically by her superlative service within public schools and volunteer organizations;7 |
