| 43 | 43 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this24 |

| 45 | 45 | | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that26 |
