| 22 | 22 | | of the Year Award, the Highest Membership Percentage Award, and the 3rd Quarter '24 Top6 |

| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, these achievements were recognized with three commemorative plaques and8 |

| 25 | 25 | | two significant prizes—a mobile chute sponsored by Priefert and a quarter-mile of fencing9 |

|---|
| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, under the leadership of President Penny Bowie, the Coweta County Cattlemen's11 |

| 28 | 28 | | Association has become the largest, fastest-growing, and most active chapter in Georgia,12 |

| 37 | 37 | | non-ranchers to gather, enjoy meals, and share knowledge, creating an inclusive space for18 |

| 38 | 38 | | all who are passionate about cattle and agriculture; and19 |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this remarkable organization be20 |
