| 44 | 44 | | WHEREAS, Québec holds recognized expertise in quantum computing, a field of emerging25 |

| 45 | 45 | | importance that aligns with Georgia's own interests in developing advanced technology26 |

| 47 | 47 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this remarkable partnership be28 |

| 49 | 49 | | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that30 |
