| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, a gifted student at Trion High School, Jesse Blankenship has been recognized3 |

| 11 | 11 | | for his superlative achievement and selected as Trion High School's 2025 STAR Student; and4 |

| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, to be selected as a STAR Student, a student must have obtained the highest5 |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | score in one administration of the three-part Scholastic Aptitude Test and be in the top 106 |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | percent or top ten students of his or her class; and7 |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, each school has one STAR Student who in turn has the opportunity to choose8 |

| 16 | 16 | | a STAR Teacher who has been inspiring and encouraging throughout that student's high9 |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, educator Laura Bryant was chosen by Jesse as Trion High School's 2025 STAR11 |
