| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, a gifted student at Model High School, Sara Grace Abernathy has been3 |

| 15 | 15 | | recognized for her superlative achievement and selected as Model High School's 2025 STAR4 |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, to be selected as a STAR Student, a student must have obtained the highest6 |

| 18 | 18 | | score in one administration of the three-part Scholastic Aptitude Test and be in the top 107 |

| 19 | 19 | | percent or top ten students of his or her class; and8 |
