170	159		agency or their designee its designee, within three business days of receiving the citation143
171	160		for such alleged offense, properly executed documentation that authorizes the person's144
172	161		entry on such land or premises. Such documentation may include a properly executed145
173	162		lease or rental agreement or proof of rental payments.146
174	163		(3) If such person is unable to provide the documentation required by paragraph (2) of147
175	164		this subsection, such person shall be subject to arrest for unlawful squatting and, upon148
176	165		conviction thereof, shall be subject to the penalty provided in subsection (b) of this Code149
177	166		section.150
178	167		(4) If such person does provide provides documentation that authorizes such person's151
179	168		entry on the land or premises, a hearing shall be set within seven days of the submission152
180	169		of such documentation, and, if the court of appropriate jurisdiction finds that the153
181	170		submitted documentation was not properly executed or is not meritorious, such person154
182	171		shall be subject to demand for possession and removal as provided in Code155
183	172		Section 44-11-32, be subject to arrest and upon conviction penalties as provided for in156
184	173		Code Sections 16-9-1 and 16-9-2, and shall be assessed an additional fine based on the157
185	174		fair market monthly rental rate of the land or premises.158

1507	1446		combustion of coal,; and the cost of all other facilities reasonable and necessary to1338
1508	1447		allow the conversion of an oil-burning electric generating facility to burn coal. Such1339
1509	1448		costs shall also include the reasonable cost of capital for such conversion and for1340
1510	1449		carrying the cost of such conversion until such costs are recovered as provided in this1341
1511	1450		Code section. In no case shall cost of conversion such term include any costs incurred1342
1512	1451		pursuant to an expansion of an electric generating facility's generating capacity above1343
