| 14 | 14 | | Chapter 4 of Title 3 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to distilled spirits,7 |

| 15 | 15 | | is amended by adding a new Code section to read as follows:8 |

| 18 | 18 | | (a) As used in this Code section, the term 'consumable hemp product' and 'retail10 |

| 19 | 19 | | consumable hemp establishment license' shall have the same meanings as set forth in Code11 |

| 23 | 23 | | obtaining a retail consumable hemp establishment license and, upon obtaining such license,15 |

| 24 | 24 | | selling or offering for sale consumable hemp products to consumers in accordance with the16 |
