| 18 | 18 | | Code Section 40-1-192, relating to transportation referral service provider registration11 |

| 19 | 19 | | requirement, licensure, exemptions, and additional requirements, by revising subsection (d)12 |

| 20 | 20 | | to delete "and" at the end of paragraph (9), replace the period with "; and" at the end of13 |

| 21 | 21 | | paragraph (10), and add three new paragraphs to read as follows:14 |
