| 7 | 7 | | WHEREAS, Jeffrey Cohen is retiring from a long career of public accounting and personal2 |

| 8 | 8 | | financial planning, representing a significant milestone in his distinguished career; and 3 |

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, he began his career in the accounting industry with a degree in accounting and4 |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | finance from the University of South Florida; and5 |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, upon obtaining his accounting degree, Jeffrey Cohen joined the firm of Metcalf,6 |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Frix & Company, where he served as tax manager; and7 |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, he embarked thereafter on an entrepreneurial journey to co-found Bromberg &8 |

| 14 | 14 | | Cohen, PC, with his partner, Sam Bromberg, which provided accounting and tax services to9 |

| 15 | 15 | | individuals in Atlanta and the surrounding areas; and10 |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, he embarked on another entrepreneurial journey to co-found Nova Wealth11 |

| 17 | 17 | | Management Group LLC, providing personal financial planning to individuals in Atlanta and12 |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | the surrounding areas; and13 |

| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, he sold this business to Buckingham Strategic Wealth, making sure the |

| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of 16 |

| 26 | 26 | | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body18 |

| 27 | 27 | | recognize and commend Jeffrey Cohen, CPA/PFS, for his exemplary service and extend best19 |
