| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Iowa became FBLA's first state chapter in 1947; and5 |

| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Alfred Ely Beach High School officially chartered its FBLA local chapter in6 |

| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, FBLA includes more than 250,000 members and advisers in 4,600 chapters8 |

| 15 | 15 | | nationwide in middle schools, high schools, colleges, universities, career and technical9 |
