12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, since assuming her role on July 1, 2023, she has focused on attracting,6 |

13 | 13 | | retaining, and graduating students as well as using her financial expertise to stabilize the7 |

14 | 14 | | university's budget by optimizing underperforming areas; and8 |

15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, drawing on 30 years of leadership in business and higher education, she9 |

16 | 16 | | implemented a shared governance framework, established the SSU Forward Committee, and10 |

17 | 17 | | launched the Inaugural 40 Under 40 cohort while maintaining an open-door policy that11 |
