| 11 | 11 | | service as a legislator, she held numerous leadership positions, including chair of the Georgia5 |

| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, every year during Women's History Month, the Georgia Legislative Women's7 |

| 14 | 14 | | Caucus recognizes outstanding women in Georgia who exemplify the leadership and8 |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Sherell Vicks Crawford is a woman of unassuming greatness whose humble10 |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, a native of Camilla, Georgia, she began her medical education through12 |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | Pre-Medical and Bio-Medical Summer Programs at Harvard University and Fisk University,13 |

| 20 | 20 | | later earning her medical degree from Meharry Medical College and completing her14 |

| 30 | 30 | | WHEREAS, her significant organizational and leadership talents, remarkable patience and21 |

| 31 | 31 | | diplomacy, keen sense of vision, and sensitivity to the needs of her patients have earned her22 |
