| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, each year, the Georgia Senate relies on citizens of Georgia who are interested3 |

| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, these individuals hail from varied backgrounds and from all areas of this state5 |

| 12 | 12 | | and have demonstrated a commitment to ensuring the efficient and effective administration6 |

| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, the Georgia Senate has been very fortunate to have had the exceptional service8 |
