12 | 12 | | Day serves as a platform to celebrate their contributions and address their needs; and6 |

13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, the Small Business Majority, the Women's Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project7 |

14 | 14 | | Inc., the Urban League of Greater Atlanta, the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs,8 |
