| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, the Small Business Majority, the Women's Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project7 |

| 14 | 14 | | Inc., the Urban League of Greater Atlanta, the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs,8 |
