| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Niyah Glover, a dedicated member of the Fayetteville City Council, has10 |

| 18 | 18 | | her role as a licensed Mental Health Counselor and as the owner of an Allied Health Institute12 |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, she has spearheaded a city-wide Mental Health Initiative that utilizes14 |

| 36 | 36 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this27 |
