| 13 | 13 | | Healthcare, where she was a program director, to provide ongoing support and growth7 |

| 14 | 14 | | opportunities to Georgians who have experienced a brain injury; and8 |

| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Side by Side addresses the powerful need for people with brain injuries to have9 |

| 16 | 16 | | a community that provides a place to physically gather, work, support one another, and10 |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Side by Side follows the Clubhouse model of rehabilitation, where participants12 |

| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, since 2000, Side by Side has served more than 800 Georgians through its20 |

| 30 | 30 | | clubhouse, now located in Stone Mountain Village in DeKalb County; and21 |

| 31 | 31 | | WHEREAS, Side by Side's consistent impact for 25 years makes it an asset to DeKalb22 |
