| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, she devoted 34 years of exemplary service to the Georgia Bureau of5 |

| 11 | 11 | | Investigation (GBI) as the Manager of Georgia's Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) and6 |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Family Violence (FV) Programs, overseeing the collection and dissemination of critical7 |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | crime data reported by more than 700 law enforcement agencies across the state; and8 |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, a proud graduate of Morris Brown College, she earned a Bachelor of Science9 |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | in business management on May 15, 1977, and continued her studies at Oglethorpe10 |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | University and Columbus Command College through the GBI; and11 |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, she has remained a steadfast advocate for Morris Brown College through her12 |

| 18 | 18 | | leadership in the Morris Brown College Alumni Association, serving as the 8th and 10th13 |

| 19 | 19 | | president of the Women for Morris Brown College Inc.; and14 |

| 27 | 27 | | extends beyond her alma mater, as evidenced by her active participation in the Atlanta19 |

| 28 | 28 | | HBCU Alliance and the AIAC-UNCF Chapter, supporting historically Black colleges and20 |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | universities throughout the region; and21 |

| 30 | 30 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this remarkable individual be22 |
