| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Councilwoman Hue Nguyen has served with distinction on the Morrow City3 |

| 10 | 10 | | Council since her election in January 2024, earning recognition as the youngest current4 |

| 11 | 11 | | council member and a dedicated advocate for progress in her community; and5 |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, since assuming office, Councilwoman Hue Nguyen has focused on fostering6 |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | economic development, improving city parks, and enhancing community engagement to7 |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | better serve the residents of Morrow; and8 |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, a proud resident of Morrow since 2002, she originally immigrated from9 |

| 16 | 16 | | Vietnam and soon after began building after-school youth programs aimed at uplifting the10 |

| 17 | 17 | | community and creating opportunities for all residents; and11 |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, she further serves her community through her volunteer work at food pantries12 |

| 19 | 19 | | and senior centers, grant writing and program administration for welfare initiatives, and her13 |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | leadership as a Sunday school teacher promoting education and cultural awareness; and14 |
