| 11 | 11 | | protecting her fellow Americans from 2001 to 2022; and5 |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, over the course of her decorated career, she completed five combat tours in the6 |

| 13 | 13 | | Middle East and earned more than 25 awards and decorations for her exemplary leadership7 |

| 14 | 14 | | and unwavering commitment to service; and8 |

| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, currently, Nikki is a respected communications and public affairs executive,9 |

| 16 | 16 | | bringing over 25 years of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors; and 10 |
