| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Bishop Pierce Moore Jr. was called to serve at Savannah Deliverance Center5 |

| 11 | 11 | | of the Evangelistic Centers of Georgia Inc., where he has pastored for more than 16 years;6 |

| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Savannah Deliverance Center is the headquarters church for Deliverance8 |

| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, with the support of his wife, Minister Barbara N. Moore, First Lady and District10 |

| 17 | 17 | | Savannah Deliverance Center, which has continued to grow and expand its outreach to12 |
