| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Robert Gordon Ross McInally joined the Rotary Club of South2 |

| 9 | 9 | | Queensferry, Scotland, in 1984 and has since held prominent leadership roles such as3 |

| 10 | 10 | | President and Vice President of Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland; and4 |

| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, during his distinguished tenure, Dr. McInally spearheaded a partnership with5 |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Hope and Homes for Children, focusing on providing stability and support for Rwandan6 |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | genocide orphans, and he continues to serve as a patron of the organization; and7 |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Dr. McInally further serves as a patron of Trade-Aid, an initiative of the Rotary8 |

| 15 | 15 | | Club of Grantham Kesteven, England, which delivers sustainable humanitarian aid to the9 |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | developing world, as well as an ambassador for Bipolar UK; and10 |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, this distinguished gentleman has given inspiration to many through his high11 |

| 18 | 18 | | ideals, morals, and deep concern for his fellow citizens, and he possesses the vast wisdom12 |

| 19 | 19 | | which only comes through experience and the strength of character which is achieved13 |
