| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, with this award, Mr. Farley has earned the distinction as the Technical College5 |

| 12 | 12 | | System of Georgia's Instructor of the Year; and6 |

| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Farley, an instructor for the commercial truck driving program at Central7 |

| 14 | 14 | | Georgia Technical College, has exemplified excellence in instructional knowledge and8 |
