4343 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

47- SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $ or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2022-2023 for the unemployment compensation trust fund. Funds shall be used as a cash infusion to the unemployment compensation trust fund. The sum appropriated shall be expended by the department of labor and industrial relations for the purposes of this Act. SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on December 25, 2040.
