4343 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

47- SECTION 1. Act 119, Session Laws of Hawaii 2021, is amended by amending section 13 to read as follows: "SECTION 13. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2021[; provided that section 2 shall be repealed on July 1, 2027]." SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2050.
