4343 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

47- SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $ or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2023-2024 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2024-2025 for the retention of employees of the unemployment insurance division of the department of labor and industrial relations. The sums appropriated shall be expended by the department of labor and industrial relations for the purposes of this Act. SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on January 1, 2050.
