(b) The office of planning and sustainable development shall identify state lands that are suitable for the program. (c) The department of human services and office of wellness and resilience shall coordinate with homeless service providers to determine how needed services, including access to showers, laundry facilities, and medical assessments, can be provided to program participants on a mobile basis. (d) The department of human services shall submit a report of its findings and recommendations, including a detailed plan for the safe parking program and any proposed legislation, | |
