BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The department of transportation shall program signalized intersections to allow crosswalk and pedestrian movement signs to commence four seconds before the green light is given to motor vehicle traffic when the walk button has been pressed.
