H.F. 642 Section 1. Section 217.43, subsection 1, paragraph a, Code 1 2025, is amended by adding the following new subparagraph: 2 NEW SUBPARAGRAPH . (4) A member shall reside in the county 3 that the county advisory board serves. 4 EXPLANATION 5 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 6 the explanations substance by the members of the general assembly. 7 This bill requires a member appointed to a county advisory 8 board to reside in the county the county advisory board serves. 9 -1- LSB 2279HV (1) 91 lh/ko 1/ 1
