11	11	1 AN ACT concerning civil law.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The State of Illinois Recreational Use of
15	15	5 Leased Land Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

17	17	7 Sec. 1. Short title; purpose. This Act may be cited as the
18	18	8 the State of Illinois Recreational Use of Leased Land Act.
19	19	9 The purpose of this Act is to encourage owners of land
20	20	10 through nominal leases to the State of Illinois Department of
21	21	11 Natural Resources to make land and water areas available to
22	22	12 members of the general public for recreational uses by
23	23	13 limiting their liability toward persons entering thereon for
24	24	14 such uses.
