2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

4 Section 5. The Local Government Electronic Reverse Auction
5 Act (enacted by PA 96-795) is amended by changing Section 1-1
6 as follows:

8 Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the
9 Local Government Electronic Reverse Auction Act.
