1 AN ACT concerning public aid.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
5 changing Section 10-10.2 as follows:
6 (305 ILCS 5/10-10.2) (from Ch. 23, par. 10-10.2)
7 Sec. 10-10.2. Notice to Clerk of Circuit Court of Payment
8 Received by the the Illinois Department for Recording. For
9 those cases in which support is payable to the clerk of the
10 circuit court for transmittal to the Illinois Department by
11 order of court, and the Illinois Department collects support
12 by assignment, offset, withholding, deduction or other process
13 permitted by law, the Illinois Department shall notify the
14 clerk of the date and amount of such collection. Upon
15 notification, the clerk shall record the collection on the
16 payment record for the case.
