1 AN ACT concerning State government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Energy Transition Act is amended by
5 changing Section 5-1 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 730/5-1)
7 (Section scheduled to be repealed on September 15, 2045)
8 Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the
9 Energy Transition Act. As used in this Article, "this Act"
10 refers to this Article.
