2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Transportation Funding Protection Act is
5 amended by changing Section 5-1 as follows:

7 Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the
8 Transportation Funding Protection Act. References in this
9 Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
