1616 1 AN ACT concerning health.
1717 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1818 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1919 4 Section 5. The Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act is amended
2020 5 by adding changing Section 15-125 and by adding Sections
2121 6 15-130, 20-60, 30-60, 35-50, and 40-50 as follows:

2323 8 Sec. 15-125. Fees. After January 1, 2022, and subject to
2424 9 Section 15-130, the Department may by rule modify any fee
2525 10 established under this Article.

3333 18 requirements under those Sections. Only the separate, lowered
