the Ida B. Wells Commemorative Art Committee. Effective July

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $5 00,000, or so much thereof as may 4
be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 5
the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants 6
to the Ida B. Wells Commemorative Art Committee. 7
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 8
2023. 9
