4		-	AN ACT concerning regulation.
5		-	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
6		-	represented in the General Assembly:
7		-	Section 5. The Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act is
8		-	amended by adding Section 73 as follows:
9		-	(210 ILCS 9/73 new)
10		-	Sec. 73. Posting of Long Term Care Ombudsman Program
11		-	information.
12		-	(a) Except as provided under subsection (b), all licensed
13		-	establishments shall post on the home page of the
14		-	establishment's website the following:
15		-	(1) The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program's statewide
16		-	toll-free telephone number.
17		-	(2) A link to the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program's
18		-	website.
19		-	(b) An establishment:
20		-	(1) may comply with this Section by posting the
21		-	required information on the website of the establishment's
22		-	parent company if the establishment does not maintain a
23		-	unique website;
24		-	(2) is not required to comply with this Section if the
25		-	establishment and any parent company do not maintain a
26		-	website; and

	23	+	21 (2) is not required to comply with this Section if the
	24	+	22 establishment and any parent company do not maintain a

37		-	Section 10. The Life Care Facilities Act is amended by
38		-	adding Section 10.3 as follows:

40		-	Sec. 10.3. Posting of Long Term Care Ombudsman Program
41		-	information.
42		-	(a) Except as provided under subsection (b), all licensed
43		-	facilities shall post on the home page of the facility's
