11	11	1 AN ACT concerning abortion.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Reproductive Health Act is amended by
15	15	5 adding Section 1-21 as follows:
16	16	6 (775 ILCS 55/1-21 new)
17	17	7 Sec. 1-21. Mobile abortion services prohibited.
18	18	8 (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no person
19	19	9 shall open, conduct, or maintain a facility in which mobile
20	20	10 abortion services are performed, including services to
21	21	11 terminate a pregnancy or to manage pregnancy loss, regardless
22	22	12 of whether the abortion services are medical or surgical in
23	23	13 nature.
24	24	14 (b) As used in this Section, "mobile abortion services"
25	25	15 means any abortion-related services provided in a moveable
26	26	16 vehicle or nonpermanent clinic.
